As a Story Producer on the DIY Network's First Time Flippers, I was instrumental in shaping the narrative arc of each episode. My responsibilities encompassed overseeing the post-production process, where I meticulously reviewed footage, identified compelling storylines, and collaborated with editors to craft engaging and coherent episodes. This role demanded a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of narrative structure to ensure each story resonated with the audience.

In addition to my post-production duties, I frequently served as a Field Producer on set. This involved coordinating with the cast and crew during filming, ensuring that the production schedule was maintained, and that the footage captured aligned with the envisioned storyline. Balancing on-site production challenges with narrative goals required adaptability and strong communication skills.

My dual role bridged the gap between on-set production and post-production storytelling, allowing for a seamless transition from raw footage to final broadcast. This comprehensive involvement ensured that each episode authentically portrayed the trials and triumphs of novice home renovators, maintaining the show's commitment to genuine storytelling
